Custom Size Charts & Fit
Use your own measurement chart and size range, including plus size development. Define the fit, measurement points, grading rules and tolerances before production.
Work from your size chart
Provide garment measurements for each size, using centimetres or inches consistently. Include how each measurement is taken and any permitted tolerance.
Review fit before grading
Check the sample on your intended fit model or against an approved garment. Pay particular attention to chest, hip, rise, arm opening and ease.
Plan the size breakdown
Confirm the quantity by size and colour, along with label wording and packing ratios. Sizes are made to the approved project chart; we do not apply one universal chart to every style.
